What is the timeframe for an exchange or return?

You have 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return (right of withdrawal, under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code - CDC).

What condition must the piece be in?

For an exchange or return, the piece must show no signs of wear, with its tag attached and in its original packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel is not eligible for exchange or return.

Who pays for return shipping?

In the case of a defect, shipping is on us. For exchanges by preference (for example, a change of size or style), we'll arrange the details directly through customer service.
