We collect only what's necessary to serve you and complete your order: name, phone/WhatsApp, email, shipping address, and order details (items and amounts). Card data is entered directly within Stripe's secure environment and is not stored by Modabillion.

We adopt technical and contractual security measures, with an encrypted connection (TLS/SSL). Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment provider. For delivery, we rely on operational logistics partners, strictly to fulfill your order.

We use only the cookies and storage strictly necessary for the store to function — for example, to keep your bag in your browser and remember your cookie preference. There is an anonymous product-view counter that does not identify you. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Because we use global technology and payment providers, international data transfers may occur, always with appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

You have the right to confirm whether your data is being processed, access it, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymization or deletion, request portability, withdraw consent, and obtain information about data sharing. The data controller is Modabillion. The legal entity name, the CNPJ (tax ID) and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) contact are always kept up to date in our Privacy Policy at /privacidade — that's also where (or through our email/WhatsApp support) you exercise your rights to access, correct and delete your data.
