Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, exchanging it is easy.
- What's the return window?
- You have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to request an exchange or return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
- How do I request one?
- Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll guide you through the entire process quickly and simply.
- What condition must the piece be in?
- With no signs of wear, original tags, and original packaging. Intimate items are not eligible for exchange for hygiene reasons.
- What about return shipping?
- In the case of a defect, shipping is on us. For exchanges by preference, we'll arrange the details during support.
