The commission applies to the product value. The final percentage is confirmed upon approval, in order to keep the operation balanced.
Influencer Program Rules
1. What the Influencer Program is
The Influencer Program is Modabillion's promotional partnership. The approved influencer promotes the store's products and sells using a personal coupon, earning a commission on the sales generated by that coupon. For now, the program's only platform is Instagram.
2. Minimum requirement
You must have at least 10,000 REAL followers on Instagram. We also consider your reach over the last 30 days when reviewing your profile.
3. Commission by follower tier
The commission is calculated on the value of the product sold (excluding shipping and taxes) and varies according to your number of real followers, as shown in the table below. The final percentage is confirmed by the marketing division upon approval.
4. Real followers and authenticity
We work only with authentic audiences. If fake or mass-bought followers are detected in large quantities, the profile may be rejected or removed from our influencer registry, and commissions associated with irregular practices may be canceled.
5. Stripe account required
To take part, you must have and provide an active Stripe (Connect) account. Commissions are paid out through it. Without a configured Stripe account, the registration cannot be approved.
6. Registration and approval
Participation begins by submitting the form on this page. The registration is set to pending, and approval is subject to review by Modabillion's marketing division, which evaluates the profile, real followers, reach, and fit with the brand. After submitting, just wait for us to get in touch confirming (or not) your approval.
7. Coupon and commission payment
After approval, Modabillion generates an exclusive coupon linked to the influencer. Commissions are calculated from paid and confirmed sales (excluding canceled, refunded, or unpaid orders) and paid out via Stripe according to the store's payment schedule.
8. Conduct
Spam, misleading advertising, false promises, or any practice that harms Modabillion's image is prohibited. Non-compliance may lead to immediate suspension and the cancellation of pending commissions associated with irregular conduct.
9. Changes and termination
Modabillion may update these rules and the program's terms at any time, as well as terminate an influencer's participation, with prior notice. Commissions already calculated from legitimate sales are preserved.
